Al Mansour Bakery is a wood-fired bakery in Ghazieh (Ghazieh Mall), serving manakish, soirée pastries, pizza and croissants since 1999 — with its own butcher counter supplying the fresh meat for its pastries.
Our story
The authentic taste of wood-fired baking: from manakish to ka’ak, fresh bread and more. Every bite is made by hands that love their work — and from 1999 until today, the quality is the same. We also run our own butcher counter inside the bakery, so the meat in our pastries is fresh from it.
