We have our own butcher counter — the meat comes from it
Inside the bakery we run our own butcher counter. The meat in our pastries is fresh from it — we don’t buy it in.

Since 1999, the quality is the same
The authentic taste of wood-fired baking: from manakish to ka’ak, fresh bread and more. Every bite is made by hands that love their work — and from 1999 until today, the quality is the same. We also run our own butcher counter inside the bakery, so the meat in our pastries is fresh from it.
